Olds = 7"? If that's what you mean, if you want a longer rod, the 7" rod and 454 pistons deal is an option, but really only for a 120cc head pump gas deal with flat tops, for most apps.
More fyi - There are 8.5cc dish 454 forgings from Speedpro up to 4.310". There are 18 cc dish hypers from KB up to 4.350". There are dished forgings in 4.35" and so on with various dish volumes from JE, Ross, SRP, etc. The dished 454s *may* work for a 10.5-1 to 11-1 compression 76cc combo, but afaik, nobody's tried it yet.
Fwiw, imo, for a good pump gas deal [10-1 or so] with 76cc heads, the caddy rods, or 6.735"
olds rods and Caddy KBs [or ebay Caddy Ross] pistons look like the best deal to me.
