Fuel line/Vapor line 1964 Series 62

Just bought a car that's been sitting undisturbed for about ten years. Noticed a leak in the gas tank so I'm purchasing a new tank. Thinking about doing the lines as well just to give it a clean system up to the carb (which probably has to be replaced as well). Two lines, 5/16" supply and unknown size of vapor line. It appeared that some 3/8" hose was used around the rear axle and up into the engine compartment to the fuel pump. Was this normal? If I replace both hoses, anyone have a lead on where to get them? I've checked Inline Tube, OPGI, Caddy Daddy, etc.. They have the lines for the CDV in stock but not the Series 62. From the pictures they look like different lines. Can anyone verify?
