2007 Broward airboat & buggy show brought out some beautys---both kinds. below are some favs. The somewhat dark pic of the buggy underneath attempts to show what a 100k buggy looks like. The profab transfer box, the 572 chevy, the custom welding throughout----unreal. Loved the polaris with tracks and the buggy with its own polaris on the front. The ducted air airboat with tri rudders is an experiment and i hear its a failure---but it looks cool. Notice the ducted air at the bottom of the boat. Finally, I tried to capture the paint on the one boat---its 3 feet deep and probably cost 15k.

The tracks on the polaris were probably made in Karlstadt MN by Matracks. If you want your fourwheeler to be able to out climb a mountain goat or slog through the swamps until you drown the engine these are the ticket.

The Litefoots look to be an ideal accessory for my Haflinger, and I have called the company on several occasions to talk about what it would take for a special set to be created.  With a 4x98mm bolt pattern, the only unique item would be the upper drive wheel.  I would need to find 10-20 interested parties to have a special production run created.  Normally this would not be a problem but Haflinger owners are few and far between although I may find enough fans in Europe and specifically Germany to get some sort of batch order organized.  Sadly the more common Pinzgauer also has a less-than-popular bolt circle, making it equally pricey to have a set created - although with a curb weight of just over 4,000 lbs, Pinz owners can safely use the light duty models.

Can the "normal" drive wheel be drilled for the new bolt circle? Maybe weld the old holes up and the drill?

Migh need some treatment afterwards but a one off should be possible.
