- What vehicle(s) do you drive?
- 2014 Cadillac ATS 2.0t
Just a kind of psa, as I’ve seen search results for people with this particular trim who’ve had this code stubbornly, even after replacing parts from the maf sensor all the way to the cat and downstream 02 sensor.
I came across this pdf https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2018/MC-10147364-9999.pdf
Apparently my driving habits were that of a “digital driver”. So I took it on the highway (which I never do as I live and work in a city) and continuously throttled it for 10 miles. Lo and behold, the engine light miraculously disappeared and can finally get my inspection sticker.
Prior to this I replaced many parts downstream to the air box and the dealer reflashed the pcm and couldn’t diagnose vacuum leak or an exhaust leak.
