Since Ford 460 headers have the right offset side-to-side they make a logical choice for a flange transplant.

Next problem - I doubt I find some for a 460 swap into a G-Body. :boggled:

Any pointers as which ones to begin checking out?  I was thinking of going to Summit and physically putting G-body BBC headers next to different 460 headers and trying to pick what is closest.

Unless someone has already done this?

Ted's post is what got me thinking on this.  Just wondered if anyone had done a comparison - anyways, I just bought a set of the van 460 headers from the dude on Evil-bay.

They look just like yours smalltruckbigcid, Iirc you bought a set of them too.  Mine were listed as 1 3/4 primary tubes though.....and he had a slightly higher buy-it-now price on them.

I'll keep everyone posted on how these will work in a g-body.  Wish me luck!
