Just a heads up to any aspiring Caddy builders out there. This has been a problem for a very long time now, and it has now been officiated by the BBB. Sad to see one of our own screwing us, but better to face it head on than to wish for something that’s not.

Damn, that is unfortunate. I know some people have had bad experiences but I honestly have had nothing but positive ones with CHP and dealing with Isaac directly. BUT as I continue down this path of part acquisition and expense I don't really have time to wait forever for stuff to ship so I guess it's CadCo/Flash from now on.

Since CadCo/Flash has been business for the last 30 to 40 years, and CHP has been sold, I think 4 times since Delavin, WI. Who would you rather deal with? I have an old catalog from the original MTS. Found it a few days ago. Will post pix when I find it again.

Yeah I was tempted once but refrained, luckily it seems. Cadco is always my first thought for new gear, otherwise it’s buying used or dealing with specific vendors for semi custom stuff.

I ordered a set of high compression forged pistons and forged rods from Cadco last week. They arrived across the country before Christmas.

I need a set of intake gaskets (non-valley pan variant) and CadCo wants $45 in shipping! I almost think I need to bundle the order with a bunch of other stuff to make it worth it.

That isn't correct. Call them. Will likely be less than $15

I hope whoever owns Marty's old MTS inventory of high performance parts gets their sh.t together and offers it for sale. Even if its on Ebay.

If I were Courtney, I would just show up at their house with a box truck, inspect what is left, and make them a cash offer for the lot of old MTS parts left. He then could pretty much corner the market.

Cornering the market on an already expensive engine. Yea, that's what we Cadillac consumers need.........................
