Cad/Olds parts

This may not be worth much, but in the old days when I was putting the early OHV Caddy engines in other cars, I bought '49 Olds transmissions from local yards, and Olds clutch release bearings and forks, sometimes from the Olds dealer, to use in conversions. The '49 transmission was basically the same as the Cad, but with a short tail shaft. And of course the Olds bell housing was the same as the Cad for those early years. Not sure when all that changed on the Olds, or when they went to different transmissions....

Just some "stuff" I remember...

gee, you must be an old feller. lol

I remember as a tike, my 'pap had a clapped out stick shift '53 olds that he bought cheap. A couple of young fellows bought it for the stick setup.
