$30000 in receipts and starting price of $2000? and zero feedback? I'm putting this one on watch.
Now he's bumped it up to $3000 and still no bids. Man that engine and trans would be cherry in my '57 F100.
No Bids And raises the price?
Trying to make sure he gets at least 10% of his $30,000 investment back?
Ive sometimes found when trying to sell something decent if you start out too low on price, everyone seems to dismiss it a junk and the serious buyers look past it. I dont know if this is the case here, but it's possible.. Especially of it really has as much in it as claimed.
I feel that the reason there is no bids, is there is 0 feedback rating. The Seller could default and not produce the product, or stop the bidding, or sell it with a blown motor and they have nothing to lose. The seller may just be totally clueless and no nothing about selling on Ebay. In that case they should have found a seller with reputable feedback and have them sell the car for them and give them a cut.
If I were to bid and I won I would pay by credit card so you would have some protection in case this is fraud, and the seller misrepresented the product, or this is a total sham and the seller is actually in China, or Russia. Ebay is not going to go out of their way to try to get your money back.
It seems to me that if the engine is what they say shoutn't it be a little better presented than with bad set of plug wires and rough coil setup for a 500 hp and 600 trq with a fairly new or low milage engine and trans setup. They should not be that rough with not that much running time unless they pulling parts for other vehicles Kinda makes a person want to not consider it.
If all these neeto torpedo parts are there, wouldn't it be wiser to recoup your money and strip it for parts? Something smell like vagina!
