In the spirit of Christmas, and along with my tendency to sometimes give more credit than is due:

Perhaps I shouldn't have used the term "scammed". I would like to believe that he is only irresponsible, and not really a scam artist. He claimed that a sequence of events has caused him to have money issues. I really don't want to guess what the complete truth about his situation is, although I do wonder if he has "liquidated" my property. I will say that I anyone reading this can be certain that my end of the deal was upheld, and I have received nothing in return.

This is sufficient to make others aware. Anyone that wishes to share and/or advise, please do so in a PM or Email. If anything changes, I'll post.

Thanks, and Merry Christmas,

Dave

Reminds me a bit of Occam’s Razor. In general, simpler solutions are more likely to be correct.
In other words, the simplest explanation is usually the correct one.

I thing Greg has nailed it, and stuck the landing.

Sorry everyone stuck the landing. Last pallet back to me was in Nov. I still have an LS2 out there, a Cad 500 and a Jeep 4L.

Anyone heard from him?

For the record, I didn't have a dog in this fight but am aware of those who do with their parts (engines etc.) somewhere in never, never land.

No knowledge on this end but still hopeful that the parties involved will do the right thing.

But what the hell do I know?

Best wishes (or some semblance of the same),

Anybody have a picture of the man?

His “not embittered ex” Deadhelen is on another thread here offering him up but I haven’t seen anyone respond. It’s difficult to believe that this ridiculous thread survives the moderators.
