    What vehicle(s) do you drive?:

Bought a '76 500 with all lines and sensors disconnected.
I'm putting headers, an Edelbrock manifold, Holly carb and would like to eliminate as much of the unnecessary pieces that probably were put on to help polution but are unnecessary for just performance/cruising.
Is there someplace I could get reference or pics to see what I can plug or eliminate to get this running well.
I am keeping the stock TH400 trans.
    Thanks for your help

I think going back to what it takes to make the car run and the systems operate is the watchword. There are a lot of electrical and vacuum systems on a 76 ands a factory service manual will show them all and their operation and interconnection. For the engine you just need fuel and spark. the HEI distributor just needs a hot lead and a working vcuum advance.

My factory service manuals are for older models and wouldn't have the pictures showing hookups for your year. You might either purchase the specific manual or see if that information is available online through Google.

No prob...I just thought someone would have a pic of their Caddy Motor
with clean install, senders installed, holes plugged and wires and vac lines eliminated.
    Thanks
