I took the stupid bumper shocks out and welded the posts solid .. eliminating the 5 mph bumper and turning it into a new car smasher

If that guy can do a hood with a scoop I would like to know and how much ?

So, you may think I have gone Mad, but could we just pull a mold of the entire front clip? Do one mold of front bumper, fenders, hood ? Then make a tilt front-end out of ‘Glass with carbon fiber inserts and drop about 400 pounds off the front of the ‘Nanner?

Just sayin’

Making good fiberglass molds is truly challenging as the bracing/build up/surface finish can take significant man hours to do right.

No saying it can’t be done but it’s easier to do individual pieces and fit them together for a good looking finish....to use a standard item for a negative mold has been done with success, if you go that route just be sure that the piece you use is as smooth as is humanly possible and use as much wax and release agent as possible (on the both the original item and the newly created mold)

Well here is some news.

Cadman has gotten banned from this fourm. So this thread will probably go stagnant. I am posting this just so folks know if your PMing why he wouldn’t be answering. Or why specific questions aren’t being addressed.

CanMan is gone, again. I was contacted about a potential defamation lawsuit regarding his "CHP Wow" discussion. I went to the discussion to take a look with the intention of writing the person back stating that I don't make decisions regarding what is factual or not - and that this is what courtrooms are for. However, all I saw were CadMan's posts edited and replaced, by himself, with "A". In other words, he retracted his claims relating to the matter. What that told me is that if HE didn't want to deal with the backlash of his comments - neither does the site owner. So the post was removed...

Shortly thereafter, CadMan posted a new topic titled, "Hahahahahahahaha" with the message: "That's all I can say".

He already left the site once and said he was never coming back. Then he does come back - with this? It seems like he is intentionally starting problems here. I've been running forums for a long time. I know what I see coming and neither I nor the owner are going to deal with it. Any posts about people leaving the site because of this decision will go ignored. If you don't like it, log out and don't come back. Nobody on this end really cares.

Yup. Snacky the Cad-Momma is pissed. She is almost without words, and will wear the badge of shame as she blames herself...

Ok, so blowers can be too small. So, why not just run twin 72 mm turbo units, and enjoy the boost....
